JOB TITLE: TRANSFER PRICING ASSOCIATES (ASSOCIATE, SENIOR ASSOCIATE, MANAGING ASSOCIATE)

LIMA Partners is a boutique professional services firm providing tax advisory and compliance, accounting and consulting and company secretarial and regulatory compliance services to local, and international companies making an entry into the West African market. We are an Allinial Global member firm and also collaborate for Andersen Global in Ghana. We are a collaborating firm for the Baker McKenzie Africa Tax Initiative.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Transfer Pricing team members will be part of the firm’s operations by providing specialist advice on a range of technical issues in transfer pricing. whilst initiating, building and maintaining productive relationships with clients and intermediaries to drive the transfer pricing service line of a thriving tax practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Firstly, Be adept in the provision of technically accurate information and guidance to clients that have transfer pricing and related exposures;
• Secondly, Be able to provide services in TP compliance, TP Advisory or TP controversy, and willing to learn on the job;
• Thirdly, Have a broad and deep knowledge of transfer pricing regulations as well as a broad general knowledge of the related tax laws.
• Moreover, Be proficient with Anticipating and understanding market development that will impact your client;
• Additionally, Attend meetings and establishing a continuous working business relationship with regulatory institutions relevant to the operations of our clients.
• Then, Management of compliance and statutory obligations of clients in host country;
• Finally, Actively generate business for your team and jurisdiction from both new and existing clients by effective internal and external business development activities and strive to develop the LIMA brand in the marketplace.

   

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Fully or Partly Qualified Accountant/ Tax Consultant/CIT, Ghana Fully/ Partly Qualified with any level of transfer pricing experience from a relevant advisory environment, ideally within a Big 4 firm (or equivalent) demonstrating good, consistent performance over the last two financial years
• Smart, organized, reliable and pays attention to detail.

COMPENSATION

• Negotiable salary based on experience
• Fully paid LLM ($50,890) or MLST($41,000) with the University of San Francisco and/or Secondment to our Regional TP Office.
