POSITION: Vendor Operations Manager, Ads Content and Quality Operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or similar practical experience.
  • 2 years of expertise in vendor management and operations management, particularly for scaled businesses.
  • Experience maintaining Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), such as turnaround time, quality, and so on.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and leading service delivery projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or team initiatives.
  • 2 years of privacy expertise using one of the following principles or technologies: privacy by design, user data protection, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data inventory, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), encryption, anonymization, or privacy impact evaluations.
  • Experience in customer service, operations, or business, with an emphasis on process and system enhancement.
  • Ability to think about and deliver on the business’s long, short, and medium-term priorities.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll oversee large, multidisciplinary projects from start to end, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners throughout the company. Your initiatives will frequently cross offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It is your responsibility to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

We also enable Google to engage with its customers on a large scale.

Responsibilities

  • Enable the outsourcing ecosystem of vendors/partner teams and support professionals to produce quality results.
  • Deliver KPIs in a fast-paced, complicated environment spanning numerous disciplines and time zones. Maintain infrastructure, increase efficiency, and safeguard funds.
  • Assist Vendor Partners and the extended workforce in communicating and engaging with Google stakeholders, serving as a point of escalation.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders (including senior executives) from worldwide Vendor Management Office (VMO) teams, Program Managers (PgMs), Sourcing teams, Go-To-Market (GTM), Human Resources (HR), Legal, and Business Finance.
  • Launch and implement new workflows by collaborating with providers to ensure product readiness, adequate workflow documentation, and infrastructure.
