Job Title: Analyst, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Operations Support
Job Summary:
Responsible for keeping an eye on the Xtra time/byte/Roaming Space and putting controls in place and other related tasks.
Job Role
- Responsible for reviewing potential risks in the extra time/byte/money space and roaming
- Design and implement primary and secondary controls in the extra time/byte/money space and roaming to stop and find leakage
- Responsible for monitoring primary controls as assigned • Responsible for the performance of secondary controls and fixing problems when they happen as assigned
- Daily monitoring of the data quality on the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) platform. • Reporting of revenue and analysis of usage trends.
- Test extra time/byte/money products and services before and after they are put into place.
- Look over changes to the extra time/byte/money and Roaming system and user logs.
- Analyze borrowing and repayment.
- Check inbound and outbound roaming subscribers every day for changes in usage and charges.
- Analyze bad debt aging
- Do any other work-related tasks that your line manager gives you.

Needed Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, or math is required.
- Certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) is a plus.
Experience
- At least three years of relevant experience in a technology-based field, preferably telecom. A plus is having experience with data analysis.
Professional and technical skills:
- Have a good understanding of how telecommunications work.
- Know how Telco billing works and how it works on a basic level.
- Good knowledge of the Revenue Management chain in telecommunications • High level of IT
- Good understanding of quantitative and analytical principles
- Good knowledge of financial analysis and modeling skills
Abilities and physical skills:
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong math skills;
- Ability to think analytically;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to write reports;
- Ability to give presentations;
- Ability to solve problems.
