Job Title: Cashier / Accounts Clerk

MMC Property Management LTD is seeking to recruit Cashier / Accounts Clerk

Duties

  • Firstly, Handles the banking duties of the Branch and company
  • Secondly, Maintains and updates the cash register on a daily basis
  • Thirdly, Files all Pay-in-Slips
  • Moreover, Maintains a cheque register book for the branch
  • Additionally, Withdrawal of cash cheque on behalf of the company
  • Then, Monitor daily revenue centres target and collections and update the Accounts officer regularly
  • Also, Issues car park and washroom tickets to the respective Supervisor and receives all duplicates for audit purposes
  • Finally, Any other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Accounts Officer

Qualification Required & Experience

  • DBS Accounting / RSA Stage III/ABCE
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

Other Qualities and Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of office and banking procedures
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be familiar with basic accounting / book keeping skills
  • Must possess record-keeping skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel & Word

Location: Accra
