POSITION: Business Development Personnel

Job Purpose:

To promote growth and expansion by identifying and pursuing new business possibilities. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s market presence, forming strategic collaborations, and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and pursue new business prospects in the fashion industry.
  • Form and nurture strategic partnerships with important stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends.
  • Increase sales and revenue through new techniques.
  • Ensure that the organization achieves its financial objectives.
  • Developing and implementing policies; managing day-to-day operations.
  • Promoting a positive company culture and effective communication within the organization.
  • Work with various departments and teams to meet corporate objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Position Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of achievement in business development positions, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • A thorough understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience creating and implementing business plans to accomplish growth objectives.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
  • A passion for fashion and a good sense of style.
