POSITION: Business Development Personnel
Job Purpose:
To promote growth and expansion by identifying and pursuing new business possibilities. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s market presence, forming strategic collaborations, and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Find and pursue new business prospects in the fashion industry.
- Form and nurture strategic partnerships with important stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends.
- Increase sales and revenue through new techniques.
- Ensure that the organization achieves its financial objectives.
- Developing and implementing policies; managing day-to-day operations.
- Promoting a positive company culture and effective communication within the organization.
- Work with various departments and teams to meet corporate objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Position Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of achievement in business development positions, preferably in the fashion industry.
- A thorough understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience creating and implementing business plans to accomplish growth objectives.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
- A passion for fashion and a good sense of style.
Skills Required:
