JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for overseeing all sales campaigns for the company, implementing sales strategies, and promoting the business, product, and so on.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the company’s messaging is effective in attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
- And to keep top leadership informed about the status of sales efforts and report on campaign results to ensure sales targets are met.
- Manage the sales staff effectively to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that increases the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, goal-setting, mentoring, and performance tracking of sales people
- Build and promote strong, long-term client connections by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and spending data, as well as reasonable estimates, to the management team.
- Identify rising markets and market movements, while remaining fully aware of new products and competitive status.
Required Skill or Experience
- Ability to market the goods both locally and to the elite class.
- Successful prior experience as a sales representative or sales manager, routinely reaching or exceeding expectations.
- Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate, present, and persuade at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from strategy to close.
- Strong business sense and industry experience. Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
