POSITION: Distribution Sales Manager
Company Description:
WeLearn Ghana is a volunteer organization established in Kumasi that empowers vulnerable adolescents, women, and children by providing education and educational activities to relieve poverty. Our four main projects are focused on skill training, education, enterprise development, and personal development. We believe in creating a society in which everyone has a part to play and skills are cultivated, bridging educational gaps, empowering people in rural areas, and assisting individuals in realizing their worth and possibilities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position as Distribution Sales Manager at WeLearn Ghana in Kumasi. The Distribution Sales Manager will be in charge of day-to-day operations such as business planning, account management, and channel sales. The function entails working with channel partners and managing the sales process to ensure the effective distribution of our cosmetics items.
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Account Management Skills
- Sales and Channel Sales Experience
- Skills required: collaboration with channel partners, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales experience is preferred, with a focus on non-profit organizations.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar subject.
