Job Purpose
Coordinates the service activities performed by Technical Service Personnel. Ensures the optimization of QHSE and compliance with rules and laws at work sites, both onshore and offshore
Job Description:
- Coordinates field service operations and ensures compliance with sales and cost budgets and timelines.
- Coordinates site organization of service technicians with engineers, logistics and warehouse functions, and local agents and suppliers.
- Reviews and approves Field Service Orders and in-country invoicing.
- Visits clients as needed to monitor operations. Works within the established contract and gives notices for operations that increase scope.
- Verifies that all field documentation is received, accurate, followed, and signed off on.
- Serves as a mentor to Service Technicians to support development.
- Reviews staff compliance with all applicable rules and procedures.
Requirements:
- This job is ideal for candidates with a high school diploma (ideally, a bachelor’s degree).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and skills.
