POSITION: Receivables Technology Manager
JOB PURPOSE
The role oversees business applications and processes for the receivables unit, managing technology functions and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. It serves as a liaison between the business and technology stakeholders, including external vendors. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and update business requirements documents for clarity and comprehensibility.
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical documents and detailed solution designs.
- Collaborate with project management for planning and execution of technology initiatives.
- Act as a senior technical analyst and provide testing support, ensuring thorough solution testing.
- Facilitate meetings and communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide updated reports and presentations.
- Support the IT environments and provide level 3 support for business platforms.
- Build knowledge of merchant acquiring business processes and foster collaboration between business and IT.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts in delivering business initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators
- Adhere to budget targets.
- Achieve customer satisfaction percentages.
- Complete self-development programs and certifications.
- Resolve system audit exceptions timely.
- Maintain system availability within SLAs.
- Complete prioritized projects on time.
- Address L3 escalations effectively.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in technology and business analysis with a good understanding of banking and financial services.
- Proven track record in managing technology projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of modern technology stacks and productivity tools.
