POSITION: Research Product Lead
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founding, or other technical roles.
- Three years of expertise in developing and selling technical products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A master’s or doctoral degree in a technological or business-related discipline.
- 5 years of cross-functional experience in engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (such as strategic marketing, business operations, or consulting).
- 4 years of expertise in creating and delivering technical presentations to high management.
- Three years of experience with software development or engineering.
- Domain knowledge within the research domain, including publication.

Responsibilities
- Understand the markets, competition, and user requirements in detail.
- Launch new goods and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate swiftly.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, legal, user experience, and other departments to develop cutting-edge technology.
- Create answers to issues by cooperating as needed across geographies, product areas, and functions.
