POSITION: People Consulting Senior

Requirements

To be eligible for the position, you need to meet these criteria:

  • Expertise in client interaction along with a grasp of top HR practices and industry issues.
  • Extensive experience in one or several of the following areas: HR transformation, organizational design, talent development, performance evaluation, rewards, human aspects of change, operational transformation, cultural shift, or technology-driven change.
  • Experience in a professional services firm, international consultancy, and/or large private and/or public sector organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, budget oversight, and reporting.
  • Robust analytical reasoning and issue-resolution abilities
  • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities (in both written and spoken English)
  • Focused on results with a demonstrated capability to attain success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Capacity to operate autonomously in a swift, changing setting.
  • Capability to adhere to deadlines and adjust to evolving demands.

Responsibilities of Key and Client

  • Support job evaluation initiatives to guarantee that positions are suitably graded, matched against industry norms and aligned with company objectives.
  • Perform a skills assessment to evaluate and enhance competencies in the organization, aiding in succession planning and skills advancement.
  • Create and oversee competitive and compliant compensation and reward structures, perform salary assessments, and examine market trends.
  • Perform assessments of training needs to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within client organizations.
  • Create tailored training and development initiatives to meet specific needs and improve employee skills.
  • Support project teams in client interactions, including the design, execution, communication, and oversight of initiatives within the People Consulting areas – performance, talent management, HR systems, rewards, mobility, and analytics.
  • Support engagement teams in delivering HR solutions to clients by utilizing the skills you have developed in various HR consulting areas including Organization Design and Operating Model, HR Transformation, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Culture and Leadership, Change Management, and People Analytics (among others).
  • Recognize shifting priorities and requirements of stakeholders and create suitable interventions and solutions to mitigate impact and foster buy-in.
  • Assist project work streams by utilizing a tested EY strategy and methodology grounded in international standards.
  • Make certain that projects are completed punctually, within financial limits, and according to their defined scope, aligning with business objectives.
  • Track advancement, handle risks, and make sure important stakeholders are updated on progress and anticipated results.

Duties of Individuals 

  • Assist project teams in maximizing the effective and efficient utilization of time and resources.
  • Participate in performance evaluations and initiatives related to personnel.
  • Exhibit EY’s core principles: professional regard for every team member; individual responsibility; honesty and reliability; and collaboration.

Education and Academic Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a similar area
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field is a valuable asset.
  • Four to six years of professional experience in a related area.
  • Pertinent Professional HR Certification
