POSITION: Product Analyst

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can help guide product decisions.
  • Monitor app performance (funnel, integration partners, etc.)
  • Conduct user behaviour research (sessions, flows) utilizing user journey data models to make recommendations for complex datasets.
  • Identify performance concerns (e.g., dropoffs and broken functionality).
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for the identified issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Team, Engineers, and other stakeholders to establish product needs and prioritize features using data-driven insights.
  • Work with the Growth Manager on remarketing and app engagement efforts.
  • Daily KPI tracking with Datadog, Clevertap, and Redash/Tableau.
  • Ad hoc user behaviour study using Smartlook recordings, customer interviews, and ticket analysis, in partnership with the Customer Experience team.
  • Identify performance issues (e.g., drop-offs, broken functionality), conduct root cause analysis, and run ad-hoc assessments based on daily monitoring (e.g., KYC conversion decline).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst, particularly in a product or B2C application company.
    A degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or another related subject.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to comprehend complex data and give actionable insights.
  • SQL and Excel proficiency, as well as expertise in working with huge datasets and analytical databases.
  • Experience with data visualization technologies such as Tableau, DataStudio, and PowerBI.
  • Experience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or others.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, independence, and a proactive approach to driving initiatives throughout the organization.
  • A strong desire to understand customer behaviour and a desire to delve deeply into data to unearth insights.
  • Financial experience is advantageous.
