POSITION: Marketing Head
Position Summary:
As the Marketing Head, you will oversee a team of external agencies to guarantee that all marketing efforts are in line with the company’s goals. You will handle the marketing budget, supervise paid media initiatives, and guarantee the effective implementation of social media tactics, website enhancements, and collaboration across internal teams.
Main Duties:
- Agency Oversight: Supervise the activities of content, performance marketing, and web development agencies. Make certain that deliverables are achieved, and that performance indicators are monitored and reported correctly.
- P&L and Performance Monitoring: Assume responsibility for the marketing P&L, making sure resources are distributed efficiently to enhance ROI. Track campaign effectiveness and offer insights to top management
- Paid Media Oversight: Manage paid media initiatives emphasizing Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Make sure these campaigns are in line with the overall marketing strategy and business goals
- Social Media Planning & Oversight: Manage social media postings, content scheduling, and audience interaction. Formulate approaches to enhance brand visibility on various platforms.
- Website Management: Oversee website creation and design initiatives to guarantee consistency with marketing objectives, enhancing user experience, performance, and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Cooperation: Collaborate effectively with product, sales, and various teams to guarantee that marketing efforts are in line with wider business goals. Share consistent updates and work together on innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications Required and Experience
- Experience: Over 4 years in a senior marketing position, preferably managing various agencies and interdisciplinary teams.
Skills
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Outstanding organizational abilities for managing various projects and agencies at the same time.
- Comprehensive understanding of SEO techniques, encompassing on-page and off-page optimization, keyword analysis, and content development strategies.
- Analytical approach for overseeing P&L and evaluating campaign performance.
- Capability to handle relationships with external organizations and guarantee prompt deliverables.
- A sharp focus on design and user experience, especially for websites and social media.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, possessing strong communication abilities for engaging with internal teams and external organizations.
Desirable Abilities (Additional):
- Experience in an agency setting and knowledge of web development and design workflows.
- Skillfulness in utilizing marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and comparable systems.
