Job Vacancy for Middle Years Programme Coordinator (MYPC)
A reputable International Baccalaureate (IB) World School located in East Legon, Accra requires enthusiastic and experienced staff for the following post: Middle Years Programme Coordinator (MYPC)
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Participate in the scheduling process to ensure the schedule supports student learning
- Secondly, Ensure a scope and sequence is in place and adhered to for the approaches to learning
- Thirdly, Ensure copies of IB MYP publications are available to the faculty
- Moreover, Notify the accounts department of any IBO payments that are due
- Additionally, Represent the School at various external events/meetings related to IB.
- Then, Coordinate and plan the collaborative meetings at each grade level
- Also, Coordinate and plan the Head of Department meetings
- Finally, Meet with PYP and DP coordinators on a weekly basis
Qualification Required & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Middle Years Programme Coordinator in an IB World School.
Location: East Legon, Accra
