A reputable international pharmaceutical company is urgently looking to engage a Country Manager to oversee its businesses in Ghana and other countries in West Africa.
Our preferred candidate should have:
- A first degree in preferably Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or any related discipline.
- He/She should also have some significant experience in Management and Marketing.
- The ability to communicate in English and French is required.
The Country Manager shall be expected to perform the following tasks, among others:
- Establishment and marketing of the company’s products.
- Build a corporate image of the company
- Strategic Planning, Running & Expanding the existing business.
- Ensure achievement of sales and other corporate Targets
- Liaise with regional and local distributors and partners and coordinate effectively with them to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Function as company’s Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) in the region.
- Travel within the region to both maintain and grow the business
