We are now looking for a passionate, results-oriented individual to fill the following positions: Sales Executive
Job Summary
- As a Sales Executive, you will be part of a team that manages Key Accounts while also investigating and creating new accounts to reach sales targets. You will have a specific appointment calendar for face-to-face calls with current and prospective clients. You will be required to use tracking and reporting systems to meet corporate standards, as well as conduct market research as needed.
- You are also responsible for repeat sales to existing customers, negotiating contract conditions, and closing sales. Gather market and customer data, and provide comments on purchasing trends. You will represent the hotel at trade fairs, events, and demonstrations, identifying new markets and business prospects.
- Ensure maximum sales of hotel public space, provide consistent feedback covering market information to your supervisor, develop leads on trade associations, clubs and organizations, local associations, and weddings through newspapers, directories, and from past business files, and manage Key Accounts and produce strategic account plans to maximise opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- A first degree in any related discipline from a reputable academic institution. A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be an added benefit.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with at least one year of hospitality experience.
- Must be confident and have a determined attitude at all times.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection
- Self-motivation, drive, and competitive streak
- Good sales skills are required to present the service in a structured and professional manner in person.
Location: Accra.
