ROLE: Regional Manager West Africa Bulk Liquids
DHL Global Forwarding Ghana is seeking a Regional Manager for West Africa Bulk Liquids to co-create the Bulk Liquids strategy and translate it into clear and concise local strategies for each team to promote sales and business success while managing the P&L. Responsibilities
This position is for a Regional Manager West Africa Bulk Liquids.
- You will be in charge of the Bulk Liquids division’s profit and loss in West Africa.
- Together with the Regional Director, you will develop the Bulk Liquid strategy and translate it into clear and simple local strategies for each team to drive sales and business excellence.
- You will be selling complete freight forwarding solutions.
- You will be upselling fully integrated flexi tank services to existing and prospective customers.
- You will be responsible for the development of the company’s digital platform and automation, such as direct connectivity with carriers.
- You will meet and rebrand current flexi tank sustainability targets.
- You will be offering flexi tank services in certain market locations and to specific types of consumers.
- You will expand your business and provide a superb bulk logistic service to all possible clients.
- You will gain a rising clientele for Bulk Liquids.
- You will make long-term investments in good partnerships, with a focus on understanding and influencing current and future consumer demands.
- You will find opportunities, target new clients, and turn them into loyal customers.
- You will actively (assist in) developing and disseminating market insights, analyzing rivals, and converting these discoveries to future consumer demands and actions.
- You will be responsible for accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.
- You will be in charge of managing and coaching team members.
Here’s What We Need From You
- 5 years of management experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics business
French fluency
