POSITION: Employee Relations & Experience Manager
Job Description
Voltic (GH) Limited/ Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Ghana, has an interesting job opportunity for an Employee Relations and Experience Manager. Voltic (GH) Limited has been manufacturing Ghana’s premier premium water brand for over two (2) decades and has expanded its range to include value-added dairy products.
The position holder will be in charge of guaranteeing business continuity by establishing, maintaining, and managing positive employee and industrial relations with the organizations that represent unionized personnel in the company. He or she uses a thorough understanding of industrial relations and labour legislation to anticipate workforce and company implications and to handle all relevant procedures proactively. The job is in charge of implementing the appropriate HR controls and ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Acts as a thought leader and expert for the subsidiary in the areas of employee relations, governance, and people services.
- Creates, leads, and develops a team of People Services Administrator professionals.
- Creates an environment that promotes positive employee relations.
- Leads the implementation of HR controls and ensures adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
- Oversees the supply and management of professional and efficient employee relations services.
- Leads and manages the collective bargaining process in the country.
- Creates an enabling environment for people to practice governance compliance while also assuring circumstances to decrease HR and people practice risks.
- Plan, scheduled, and coordinated audits and assessments to establish compliance levels.
- Leads the delivery of HR operations services.
- Oversees the development and implementation of ER, Governance, and People Services solutions, as well as related projects.
- Serves as a responsible corporate citizen and member of the Human Resources team.
Qualifications, Experience, and Education
- Strong strategic thinking and coaching/mentoring abilities.
- Demonstrates agility

- Strong team player with excellent listening skills.
Experience
More than ten years of experience in a human resources corporate or consulting context, with at least six years focusing on employee relations/industrial relations.
Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial psychology, psychology, or a comparable subject.
