Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Communications Manager to join our team. We are passionate about improving health through nature’s healing power, and we are looking for a devoted professional to assist spread our vision around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to increase COA brand visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate all internal and external communications, maintaining consistency across platforms and messages.
- Manage the creation of press releases, newsletters, website material, and social media posts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media relations, answering requests and coordinating press coverage.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to create appealing campaigns for new product releases.
- Plan and coordinate company events, product promotions, and media briefings.
- Track public perception of the company and resolve any growing difficulties.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, like as partners, customers, and regulatory organizations.
- Evaluate communication strategy performance and alter plans to meet changing organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or another related discipline.
- A minimum of “5 years’ experience” in communications, public relations, or marketing, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven experience managing media relations and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage many tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is advantageous.
- Proficiency with modern communication tools and platforms, such as social media and content management systems.
