St. Francis College of Education in Hohoe is a well-known public Catholic teacher education school. As part of the plan to change how teachers are trained, the College is linked to the University of Cape Coast. The college’s goal is to be a well-known College of Education that trains top-notch science and math teachers for basic schools in Ghana and around the world. The college’s goal is to create a place that helps students grow as whole people and supports teaching, learning, and research.

- Oversee the maintenance and updating of an accurate database of consultants, service providers, and suppliers,

Staff at this level are expected to have good judgment, initiative, creativity, accuracy, and professionalism in their area of specialization. When doing their job, the Planning and Quality Assurance Officer is responsible to the Principal.
