Job Opening at Power City Network Limited
We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be in charge of boosting sales and business growth in their specified region. This position needs a proactive attitude to identifying and pursuing new business possibilities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our IT solutions and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market presence in the designated region.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to better understand their IT requirements and deliver specialized solutions.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Work with internal teams to provide unique proposals and solutions that match customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor actions to find growth possibilities and preserve a competitive advantage.
- Create and present sales presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals on advantageous terms for both sides.
- Provide the management team with regular sales performance reports and updates, as well as market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
Requirements:
- HND or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar profession (recommended).
- Successful track record in business development, sales, or account management responsibilities, ideally in the IT industry.
- A fundamental grasp of IT solutions and services, such as server solutions, virtual workstations, terminal servers, and printer leasing and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, taking a proactive approach to meeting goals.
- Willingness to travel within the defined territory as needed.
