Your Impart

You will oversee inventory for repairs and warranties, coordinating tasks in surface, processing, and underground operations, and manage procurement associated with repairs and warranties.

Role Overview:

As part of our team, you will manage inventory for repairs and warranty. Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing inventory holding and managing MRP runs.
  • Validating budgets, quotes, and repair schedules for major components
  • Adjusting inventory levels based on maintenance strategies and operational needs.
  • Maintaining records of complaints, repairs, and supplier tracking.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinating the movement of damaged parts between sites and vendors.
  • Developing cost-saving strategies for the business.
  • Ensuring effective procurement through repair agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mining operations environment.
  • CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and mining industry practices.
  • Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage vendor performance and inventory control.
