POSITION: Company Driver

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Company Driver in Accra. As a corporate Driver, you will be responsible for safely carrying employees and commodities to assigned places, keeping the vehicle in good condition, and adhering to traffic regulations and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

  • Safe and timely transportation of firm people, products, and supplies to and from designated destinations.
  • Assisted in the loading and unloading of staff bags, items, and materials.
  • Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic jams or road construction.
  • Inform the firm immediately if any tickets are issued against the corporate car during working hours.
  • To avoid towing, ensure that the company vehicle is always kept in designated parking zones.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and well-maintained through frequent washing, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Maintaining precise time records for the business vehicle’s arrivals and departures.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management.

Qualifications

  • Valid driving licence.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and understand traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication abilities, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift big packages as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
