Role Description
The Golden Crystal Experience Hotel in Accra is looking for a full-time on-site housekeeper. The Housekeeper’s responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, organizing rooms, and delivering outstanding customer service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and common areas.
- Performing household cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Performing cleaning and restocking duties in restrooms.
- Using the proper equipment to clean up spills.
- Informing managers about required repairs.
- Collecting and disposing of trash.
- Providing assistance to guests as needed.
- Maintaining a well-stocked linen room.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of upholstered furniture.
Qualifications Required
- 3 years of hospitality or housekeeping experience and a senior high school certificate or equivalent.
- Laundry and Organizational Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Requirements include teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
