POSITION: Regional Director of International Student Recruitment

Position:
The Regional Director will be a high-performing, commercially minded Executive who will help the company achieve its ambitious international expansion and revenue growth goals in the African region. Also, The Regional Director will work closely with the Heads of Sales to develop and implement a regional brand-specific strategy that meets and exceeds brand-specific targets.
The Regional Director should be headquartered in Nigeria and have previous experience representing a Canadian institution. They must have teamwork experience as well as experience managing African recruitment initiatives.
The successful candidate will create and implement a firm strategic approach to strengthening, expanding, and increasing international student recruitment numbers in the region, including marketing plans, acquisition and conversion strategies, student engagement, and stakeholder strategies.
Regional Directors are also responsible for identifying new business prospects in both established and emerging markets. As such, they are responsible for identifying new markets and generating money, as well as developing new revenue streams.
Regional Directors are largely involved in sales and marketing activities, and they should have a thorough awareness of industry trends to support strategic planning and forecasting. They must be able to prioritize the prospects with the highest profit potential.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 8-10 years experience in international student recruitment.
- Must have team handling expertise.
- Considerable experience working in the education sector, notably colleges and universities.
- Should have prior expertise in developing plans for acquiring business in new regions as well as developing business in existing African regions.
- Experience in B2B Education and agent connections.
