1. Cashier
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Use cash registers to manage customer transactions, collect payments (cash or credit)
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets, redeem coupons, cross-sell products
- Resolve customer complaints, provide relevant information, greet customers
- Keep checkout areas clean
- track transactions on balance sheets and
- Report any discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of work experience
- Basic PC knowledge
- Experience with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register and POS)
- Strong maths
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Focus on customer satisfaction HND or Degree
2. Procurement Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overseeing and supervising personnel and all buying department operations.
- Developing plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
- Adhere to and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- reviewing, comparing, assessing, and approving products and services for purchase.
- Managing inventory and keeping proper purchase and pricing records.
- Keeping supplier information up-to-date, including qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, and so on.
- Maintaining strong supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Investigating and analysing potential suppliers.
- Create budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND or degree.
- 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and software purchasing.
- Effective communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and managerial experience.
- Attention to detail.
