Human Resource Officer at Peduase Valley Resort
Responsibilities
- Making job descriptions, posting ads for open roles, and running the hiring process.
- Getting new workers started and training the ones who are already there.
- Watching how well employees do their jobs.
- Making sure that all employees are organized and happy where they work.
- Making sure that all workers are healthy and safe.
- Putting in place processes for systematic staff development.
- Giving advice about rules and processes.
- Making sure that payroll and benefits management is done well.
- Talking to employees about things that affect how well they do their jobs.
- Making sure that electronic and digital records of employee details are correct and up-to-date.
Requirements
- HND or Degree in Human Resource Management/ or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
