ROLE: Beauty Sales Rep
Roles and responsibilities
- Demonstrate proper usage of skin care and scent items
- Cross-sell beauty goods when necessary.
- Identify customer needs and recommend fragrance and skin care items according to their preferences.
- Ensure the right presentation of merchandise on shelves.
- Customers can receive expert advise on how to utilize items and apply them effectively.
- Developing solid customer ties.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Maintaining current understanding of products and trends.
- Handling consumer inquiries and complaints.
- Keeping a clean and orderly sales area
- Participate in promotional events and product releases.
- Giving input to management on sales trends and consumer preferences
- Working collaboratively with team members to reach sales targets
Required Skill or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics.
- Strong understanding of cosmetics and cosmetic products
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to establish
- Strong client connections and achieve sales targets.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Requirements include strong problem-solving skills, ability to operate in a fast-paced retail setting, and a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
