Ghana National Association of Teachers invites job applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions
1. Estate Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in building and construction, building technology, land economy, estate management, quantity surveying, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the real estate or construction industry.
- The age must be between 35 and 45 years.
- Skilled in working independently, interpreting contract terms, bills of quantities, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledgeable of property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills.
- Capable of analyzing market trends and making informed decisions.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Professional teaching experience and membership in good standing are advantageous.
- Applicants must be Principal Superintendents in the Ghana Education Service with at least 3 years of experience.
- In-service staff (both teaching and non-teaching) with the required qualifications and experience must also have at least 3 years of work experience within the organization.
2. Head, ICT (Senior Assistant Secretary)
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in IT management, management information systems, information systems, computer science, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an ICT-related environment
- Age between 40 and 55 years old
- Demonstrated ability to lead an ICT team in a complex organization and deliver measurable improvements in ICT service delivery
- Experience deploying IT infrastructure.
- A professional teacher and a member in good standing will be an additional benefit.
- Members of the Ghana Education Service who possess the above experience and qualifications should also be on the rank of Assistant Director I for at least three years.
- In-service staff (teaching and non-teaching staff) with the above experience and qualifications should also have at least three years of working experience with GNAT.
