Fully Funded SINGA Scholarship 2023
Apply for a 2023 Singapore Government Scholarship (SINGA). SINGA, a government-run program, provides fully funded scholarships to international students in Singaporean institutes. The scholarship covers everything. Singapore Government Scholarships don’t require IELTS.
SINGA is a unique scholarship that permits undergraduate applicants to apply directly for a Ph.D. scholarship or Master’s, Masters Leading to Ph.D. or Straight Ph.D. after a 4-year undergraduate program. A free scholarship to one of Singapore’s top four colleges awaits.

Application Requirement
- International graduates can apply for the Scholarship.
- Nationality and origin are unrestricted.
- Speaks and writes English very well
- Excellent academic references.
- IELTS/TOEFL/SAT I & II/GATE results are optional but may be asked by the university for admission.

Scholarship Deadline
Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted 12 weeks following application submission. SINGA Scholarship 2023 applications are due June 1, 2023. (Singaporean Time).
