1 . Joint Master’s Degree/Erasmus Mundus

Both EU and non-EU students can enroll in the Erasmus Mundus/Joint Master’s Degree program, which offers scholarships and study in top European study locations like Denmark. It is a prestigious scholarship program that spans a variety of academic disciplines and is largely entirely supported by the European Union for master’s and doctorate studies.

This scholarship is open to both Europeans and non-Europeans from any nation who wish to enroll in a combined master’s degree in Denmark and other nations. The scholarship pays for the students’ living expenses (€1100-€1200 per month), tuition, visa fees, travel expenses, and health insurance.

Those who want to apply for this grant must have a bachelor’s degree. No work experience is needed before you can apply for this award. Students with low CGPAs are encouraged to send in their applications. For master’s programs, recipients will study for one to two academic years, and for Ph.D. programs, they will study for three years. The prize is open to more than 120 different fields of study.

2 . (EU and non-EU) Danish Government Scholarship

Students from both European and non-European nations may receive Danish Government Scholarships to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in Denmark. The scholarship provides full tuition fee waivers as well as monthly stipends for living expenses totaling DKK 6090.

It is offered at eight Danish universities and is also a fully supported scholarship program. It is sponsored by the Danish Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Science.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DANISH GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS

You must have been accepted into a Danish university to be able to apply for this scholarship. There is no need to fill out a separate form. All students who get letters of acceptance will be considered for this scholarship as soon as they get those letters. When applying to a Danish university, you must include the following:

  • Test results for English proficiency: The approved test results include a score of 6.5 on the IELTS, a minimum of 88 on the TOEFL, and a score of 180 on the Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) exam.
  • Official transcripts from a bachelor’s degree program in both the original and translated versions (transcripts should display the GPA grading system)
  • Certificate for a bachelor’s degree
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Proof that the $100 application fee has been paid
  • Two letters of recommendation that are signed and stamped
  • Academic resume

Denmark Fulbright

Through its acclaimed grant program for educational exchange, Fulbright Denmark promotes cross-cultural understanding.

If you are a scholar or graduate student in the United States pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree, you are eligible to apply for a Fulbright scholarship for one academic year of study and/or research in Denmark.
