Fully funded 2024 University of Warwick Chancellor’s International Scholarship
With great pleasure, the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, announces the opening of applications for the Chancellor’s International Scholarship 2024 at the institution. The prize for the best international PhD candidates from the EU is given out in 2024.
The Warwick scholarship program offers numerous advantages to candidates who are granted the opportunity to pursue further education at the University of Warwick. Qualification Standards
To be qualified for the University of Warwick’s Chancellor’s International Scholarship 2024:
- To start in October 2024, candidates for a Chancellor’s International Scholarship must simultaneously submit an application for a PhD at the University of Warwick.
- Only those who are enrolled in the University of Warwick’s PhD or MPhil/PhD program may apply during their first year of enrollment.
- For the purpose of fees, applicants must be evaluated as “overseas.”
- Warwick applicants may apply from any discipline.
Scholarship Advantages
- Full payment of the required tuition.
- A 3.5-year maintenance stipend is given at the current UKRI rate
- A £5,000 grant for research, training, and support

How Do I Apply?
It is important for University of Warwick applicants for the Chancellor’s International Scholarship to review the Guidance notes prior to submitting an application.
Prior to submitting an online application for the scholarship, candidates must submit their Warwick course application. Before the application deadline, applicants must send the necessary supporting materials, such as transcripts and references; incomplete applications will not be evaluated.

Every course has certain admission requirements, and depending on the study plan, these requirements can vary greatly. You’ll have to look into this individually by looking for a course and going to the course page. Our typical minimum requirements for research courses are an upper second-class UK honors degree or its equivalent.
Students from abroad
Applications from applicants with a wide range of foreign qualifications are encouraged. This table shows you how your present GPA or degree score compares to the British system for the International Office.
Additionally, we need proof that your proficiency in the English language is sufficient for you to succeed in the postgraduate program of your choice. Various courses have varying requirements for proficiency in the English language.

Before submitting your application, you must provide scanned copies of all necessary supporting documentation in order to prevent delays in hearing back from the committee.

Your referee(s) will be contacted on your behalf, so make sure to include their email address. For postgraduate research courses, two academic references are usually requested.

The online application system will notify you of the supporting materials we need as soon as you begin your application. You can get ready for your application with the help of the following information.
Every applicant:
- Transcripts of your finished or ongoing university coursework, together with translations in case the text is not in English, and a grade scale
- A proposal for research. It is crucial that you get in touch with the department to inquire about any specific requirements before submitting your application because different academic departments have varying standards when it comes to proposals and/or applications. International Candidates:
English language competency (your results can be provided at a later time if you did not take an English language exam at the time of application).
