2 . Core Banking Application Development Team Leader at First National Bank
Purpose
To lead a team of developers on technical projects and ensure quality and delivery is enforced through code conventions and policies
Experience and Qualifications
- Firstly, Minimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma
- Secondly, Preferred Qualification – Relevant IT Degree
- Thirdly, Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a IT Development environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
- Lastly, Additional Knowledge – Understanding of different software architectures and frameworks as well as exposure to other coding languages
