Social Value Assistant
We are recruiting for a Social Value Assistant to join our Social Value Team in the Central South region at Willmott Dixon. This role will be a mix of home working and working across our live projects which are based across Swindon, Oxford, Berkshire and Wiltshire so someone based close to the M4 corridor would be ideal. Our main regional office is based in Farnborough, Hampshire so there will be a need to get there on occasions too.
The successful candidate will support the successful delivery of Willmott Dixon Social Value Strategy and our Equality, Diversity and inclusion objectives.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of work experience and apprenticeships, and will provide on-going support and participation in events related to Social Value and Equality, Diversity and inclusion.
Ideally this position would suit someone who is looking to develop a career in Social Value. The candidate should have a good standard of education and good basic literacy and numeracy skills. The individual will be proficient in use of word, excel and online software applications. Experience working with young people, in education and or community / public sector would be preferable.
