We would like to hire you as our Real-Time Analyst in Accra to help make our expansion a success and a model for future endeavors. At Concentrix Ghana, you will apply critical thinking skills to improve customer satisfaction and delivery standards.

Your primary responsibilities will be to change schedules and manage adherence in real-time. This function is important to the account’s success since it handles volume and manages the staff.
What You’ll Experience at Concentrix
As a Real-time Analyst, you will need to be very knowledgeable about workforce management practices. You will be in direct touch with advisors and support staff, therefore strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required. This profession necessitates a high level of precision and adaptability to changes.
In this capacity, you will:
- Ensure the timely delivery of committed quantities.
- Monitor real-time shrinkage and occupancy.
- Manage RTM procedures and tools, such as staffing updates and unscheduled absences.
- Provide updates on staffing status and unscheduled absences.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports and analyses on WFM-related subjects.
- Adjust schedules to reflect short-term requests, staffing, and volume.
- Monitor and report concerns and trends to management.
We’ll be an excellent fit if you have:
- Strong understanding of Windows and Excel.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong team player with a good mindset and proactive approach.
