POSITION: Lead Generation Specialist

About us:

SnappyCX is a vibrant and inventive company at the forefront of the BPO sector, offering talent outsourcing.

We are looking for an experienced mid-level Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our customer base, with an emphasis on the BPO/RPO business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to uncover possible opportunities and industry trends in the digital marketing field.
  • Create and implement efficient lead generation tactics for the digital marketing industry to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Use various platforms, including social media, email marketing, cold calling, and BPO-specific networking events.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to match lead generation activities with the broader business goals.
  • Create and maintain a database of potential clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation efforts in the digital marketing industry, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Identify key decision-makers at target organizations and build relationships to help with the sales process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven background as a Lead Generation Specialist in the BPO/RPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead-generating strategies and best practices in the digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in the same position.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely related profession.
