POSITION: Business Intelligence Designer
Job Description
Join our BI Designers team (based in either Accra/Ghana or Lagos/Nigeria) to help stakeholders across the company gain valuable insights, drive performance, and achieve business goals through key activities such as BI Analysis, Reports and Dashboards Design/Development, and post-build activities (supporting user validation, providing technical support and training, and resolving issues quickly).
Our primary business intelligence tool is now Microsoft Power BI. We encourage our IT team members to challenge our technological decisions, including BI and other areas, by staying current on industry innovations such as AI.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
- Must Have Bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma in computer science or similar discipline.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power BI.
- Expertise in SQL and relational databases.
- Should have experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Expertise in data modelling, ETL techniques, and warehousing.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional BI tools and computer languages, such as Python.
- Experienced in manufacturing and distribution of FMCG products, particularly food and beverages.
