POSITION: Applications Territory Sales Executive
What we seek
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales
- Robust connections with C-Level executives across major sectors such as FSI, Telco, Government, Healthcare, Education, etc.
- Proven track record of regularly achieving or surpassing sales goals in past positions.
- Capability to comprehend and communicate intricate software solutions and their advantages to prospective clients.
- Ability to create and execute strategic sales strategies to effectively enter target markets and sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, encompassing the capacity to present engagingly and negotiate agreements.
- Capacity to work efficiently with teams from various functions.
- Ability to adjust to evolving market trends, customer needs, and product options.

Responsibilities
- The main responsibility is to sell HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM cloud solutions, along with associated services, to potential and current Oracle clients, boosting the revenue of our Cloud SaaS Applications across various accounts in your region.
- Securing new SaaS cloud income in HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM.
- Formulating a strategy and sales approach to tackle the assigned territory coverage. (Financial Services Industry and Production)
- Leading the execution of sales initiatives
- Creating and tracking leads, assessing leads, and ranking opportunities.
- Recognizing and engaging with the right individuals at Oracle and the Client.
- Collaborating with and impacting the actions of Oracle Partners as necessary.
- Keeping a thorough and current awareness of competition in HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM sectors, and being capable of shaping the sales process to create proactive strategies and counteractions for securing the deal.
