POSITION: Applications Territory Sales Executive
Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to market HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM cloud solutions along with associated services to potential and current Oracle clients, boosting revenue from our Cloud SaaS Applications across various accounts in your region.
- Gaining new SaaS cloud revenue in HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM.
- Creating a strategy and sales plan to cover the assigned territory. (FSI and Production)
- Leading the execution of sales initiatives
- Creating and tracking leads, assessing leads, and ranking opportunities.
- Recognizing and collaborating with the right individuals at Oracle and the Client.
- Collaborating with and impacting the operations of Oracle Partners as needed.
- Possessing a thorough and current grasp of competition in HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM sectors, and capable of impacting the sales process to create proactive measures and counterstrategies for securing the deal.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
- Solid connections with C-Level executives in essential industries such as FSI, Telco, Government, Healthcare, Education, etc.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals in past positions.
- Capability to comprehend and express intricate software solutions and their advantages to prospective clients.
- Ability to create and execute strategic sales strategies to effectively enter target markets and sectors.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities, encompassing the capacity to give persuasive presentations and negotiate agreements.
- Capacity to work efficiently with teams from various functions.
- Ability to adjust to evolving market conditions, client needs, and product options.
