POSITION: Applications Territory Sales Executive
Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to market HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM cloud solutions along with associated services to potential and current Oracle clients, boosting revenue for our Cloud SaaS Applications across various accounts in your territory.
- Securing fresh SaaS cloud income in HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM.
- Creating a strategy and sales plan to cover the assigned territory. (Financial Services Industry and Production)
- Leading the execution of sales initiatives.
- Creating and tracking leads, assessing leads, and ranking prospects.
- Recognizing and collaborating with the right individuals at Oracle and the Client.
- Collaborating with and shaping the actions of Oracle Partners as necessary.
- Keeping a thorough and current awareness of competition in HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM sectors, and capable of impacting the sales process to create proactive measures and responses to secure the deal.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
- Robust connections with C-Level executives in critical sectors such as FSI, Telco, Government, Healthcare, Education, etc.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales goals in earlier positions.
- Capability to comprehend and express intricate software solutions and their advantages to prospective clients.
- Ability to create and execute strategic sales strategies to effectively enter target markets and sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, encompassing the skill to give persuasive presentations and negotiate agreements.
- Capability to work successfully with teams across different functions.
- Ability to adjust to evolving market conditions, customer needs, and product options.
