ROLE: Operations Support Associate
We need an Operations Support associate to monitor the battery network and resolve mechanical, operational, and technical issues with customers and corporate resources, including motorcycles, batteries, and swap stations across the city. Operations support associates keep the system running smoothly. Thus, they fix client issues immediately and prevent them whenever possible.
Responsibilities
- Monitor battery network to ensure riders have fully charged batteries at switch stations.
- To ensure performance preparedness, inspect Kofa motorcycles, batteries, switch stations, and other equipment regularly.
- Motorcycles tested for performance and quality. Give regular qualitative and quantitative motorbike performance evaluations.
- Kofa product training for newcomers
- Troubleshoot mechanical difficulties on-site.
- Fix basic Kofa motorbike and asset mechanical, electronic, and connectivity issues.
- Communicate with customer support, analytics, and account reps to improve client experience.
- Inform and promote electric motorbike use; represent Kofa and develop interest in Kofa goods before and after release.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Must have extensive motorcycle riding experience
- Fully licensed to ride bikes
- Higher education is beneficial.
- Strong writing and speaking skills. Must submit structured reports regularly.
- Proficient in basic word processing and spreadsheets
- Needs soft skills and customer service orientation.
Nice-to-Have
- Twi, Ga, and local language proficiency
- Electronics and electrical service experience
