POSITION: Sales and Marketing Officer (Medical Consumables/Devices)

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Generation for Medical Supplies and Devices

• Proactively discover and pursue sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting and networking.
• Close deals by giving sales presentations, demonstrating products, and negotiating.

Client Relationship Management

• Create and develop good relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Understand the client’s wants and preferences before recommending appropriate product solutions.
• Respond to clients’ requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Market Analysis and Strategy.

• Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
  Analyze sales data and market trends to discover potential growth opportunities and constraints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create successful sales plans and tactics.
  Product Knowledge and Training
• Gain a thorough understanding of our product offers, features, and benefits.
• Organize product training sessions for clients and internal sales team members.
• Maintain current product knowledge in order to deliver accurate information to clients.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

Create frequent sales reports, predictions, and performance analyzes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge progress toward sales goals.
Offer insights and ideas for increasing sales success and efficiency.

Required Skill or Experience

• Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Outstanding communication, negotiating, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
• Excellent organization abilities and attention to detail.
