POSITION: Recruiter
This post is part of our Global Field Recruitment team, which is in charge of hiring talent across all IWG countries. Our objective is to locate and attract the personnel that will manage our 3,750 centers around the world, allowing the company to reach and surpass its growth targets.
Key areas of attention are:
Managing and delivering high-volume recruitment activity, including sourcing and assessment, to provide high-quality service for candidates and internal clients.
Acting as a subject-matter expert and point of escalation as needed, advising on best-practice resourcing giving solutions to businesses, and overcoming market difficulties

About You
We are looking for a motivated recruiting expert with a proven track record of high-volume or large-scale hiring in a fast-paced setting. Experience managing full-life cycle recruitment campaigns across different functions and countries would be beneficial, but not required. Similarly, a thorough understanding of selection tools and direct sourcing procedures is desirable, as is prior experience earned in-house or in an RPO/agency context.
Along with understanding recruitment best practices, the most important thing is that you have the correct mindset: enthusiasm, drive, resilience, and ownership.
