Job Summary

As an Enterprise CS Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifetime of technical projects. This involves project planning, execution, and completion, as well as defining project scope, creating timeframes, effectively managing resources, and assuring successful project delivery within a budget and timeframe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the InEvent platform and services to assist clients with queries while consistently offering the best solution and course of action for their project(s);
  • Create thorough project plans that outline tasks, timeframes, resource needs, and milestones.
  • Review client problems and work to enhance all elements of the client’s experience with the organization.
  • Constantly emphasize the value of the InEvent platform and upselling via customer/client experience.
  • Suggest optimizing existing processes across all Customer Success efforts;
  • Support Enterprise clients via email and virtual calls.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • A minimum of four years experience in a Customer Success or Account Management job is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to establish excellent commercial partnerships.
  • Experience delivering training or providing real customer assistance.
  • Technical skills are a necessity. HTML, CSS, or programming skills are a plus.
  • Accountability and personal organization are crucial.
  • Deep awareness of consumers’ concerns and opinions about the use of items, and the capacity to troubleshoot as needed.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Problem solver by nature.
  • Be a quick learner and resilient.
  • Permission to travel and work in the United States (must have an SSN).
  • Periodic visits to client offices may be required for training and implementation, which are expected to vary between 10 and 20% of the time. The employer will cover all travel expenses.
