We are seeking a skilled Service Transformation Manager to become part of our Service Functional Excellence team that assists distributors throughout the Africa and Middle East region.

The position can be located in Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, or Ghana.

In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating across functions to enhance and revamp the service channel, making sure they leverage cutting-edge technology and offer exceptional service to assist customers in their regions while achieving robust service business results. Key duties consist of

  • Coaching Service Staff: By mentoring and empowering service staff, you’ll enhance service business performance.
  • Recognize and Tackle Obstacles: You will aid in pinpointing challenges in the service process and work alongside regional leadership to carry out customer support programs.
  • Create Annual Operating Plan: By spearheading the creation of Service components within the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), you will enhance strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Evaluate Performance Indicators: Grasping distributor operational challenges via KPIs and customer-centric metrics will be essential to your position.
  • Drive Service Business Expansion: You will be responsible for achieving service business expansion and executing enhancement strategies with stakeholders.
  • Conduct Training: Offering training on systems, emerging technologies, applications, and reporting tools will assist service locations in enhancing their abilities.
  • Enhance Safety Programs: Making sure safety programs are adopted and facilitating chances for enhancement will aid in evolving the service business to align with changing customer demands.
  • Functional Assistance and Evaluations: Offer functional assistance to Channel Management and Training operations, engage in functional evaluations, and track the completion of action plans.
  • Execution of Service Processes: Assist in selecting AFM dealers, establish service procedures, and train and enhance the skills of service staff.
  • Stakeholder Reporting and Escalation Management: Oversee reporting to stakeholders regarding distributor performance, manage escalations from customers and OEMs, and work together to resolve customer concerns.

  • Project Management: Creates and upholds the equilibrium of scope, timing, and resources for a temporary endeavor (a “project”). Guarantees that the outcomes/effects of temporary effort are maximally achieved.
  • Value diversity: Acknowledging the importance of various viewpoints and cultural backgrounds within an organization.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

  • A college degree, university degree, or similar qualification in a pertinent field or equivalent relevant experience is mandatory.
  • This role might necessitate licensing to adhere to export control or sanctions regulations.
  • Applicable work experience, with a preference for management experience.
