Compliance & Control

  • You will reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts, catching discrepancies early.
  • Reviewing and verifying expense reports from CSOs and partners for accuracy and compliance with Coginta and donor procedures protects the organization from audit findings.
  • Ensuring financial documentation is complete and audit ready prepares us for any review.
  • Supporting compliance with Ghanaian tax and regulatory requirements avoids penalties.

Reporting & Audit Support

  • You will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and donor financial reports, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Compiling and organizing financial documentation for audits, donor reviews, and internal inspections saves time when requests arrive.
  • Supporting the Finance and Administration Officer during external audits and financial reviews demonstrates teamwork.

Administrative Support

  • You will provide administrative support to the finance department including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Assisting with general office support tasks when needed shows flexibility.
  • Collaborating with programme, administration, and logistics teams ensures accurate financial follow up.
