POSITION: Social Media Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and oversee social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and interaction.
- Develop and assemble visually stunning, high-quality content that highlights our furniture items, client experiences, and brand principles.
- Interacting with followers, addressing inquiries, and tracking customer reviews and responses (CRM).
- Managing the design of social media accounts, including profile images, cover images, and biography sections.
- Observe social media patterns, sector updates, and rivals to ensure our content remains current and creative.
- Evaluate social media effectiveness and offer insights and suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
- Work together with the marketing and design teams to synchronize campaigns with product releases and seasonal promotions.
- Keep informed about the newest social media tools, trends, and recommended practices to retain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable position, preferably in the retail, home décor, or furniture sector.
- Solid grasp of social media platforms and optimal strategies for content development, audience interaction, and promotion.
- Skills in graphic design would provide an extra benefit.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and communication abilities with a sharp focus on detail and design.
- Imaginative thinking with the capability to think creatively and produce original content concepts.
- Familiarity with social media initiatives and monitoring results.
- A strong interest in interior design, home decoration, and furniture styles is beneficial.
Caution: Candidates need to reside within a practical commuting distance from our office situated in East Legon close to A&C Mall, Accra.
