Job Description:
CFAO Ghana Plc is looking for a Sales Executive – Pre-Owned Cars. The chosen candidate will contribute to the commercial success of a varied range of used vehicles, while also identifying new markets and business prospects. The chosen candidate must be willing to develop and sustain client connections.
Profile Request:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following.
- Sell second-hand autos that have been evaluated and approved by the company.
- Encourage clients to trade in their old cars, regardless of brand, and acquire new CFAO vehicles.
- Evaluate the condition of clients’ used automobiles and coordinate with the workshop for repairs.
- Maintain persistent follow-up with all clients to complete transactions.
- Attend to all customers visiting the showroom on your appointed day.
- Ensure all automobiles sold are paid in full or on approved terms.
- Ensure vehicle delivery meets client expectations.
- Create the appropriate file for each transaction.
- Verify and accurately record all consumer facts.
- Fill out prospect or customer sheets to establish a follow-up data processing system using software.
- Evaluate sales performance and aim to meet or surpass monthly targets.
- Gather and report market and customer information to management.
- Follow company compliance guidelines when carrying out given duties.
- Build strong ties with existing consumers.
- Maintain confidentiality and conduct customer interactions professionally.
- Carry out other company-assigned duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent telephone and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software systems.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
