  • At least three years of relevant hospitality experience in a food service industry, as well as three years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to control food and labour costs.
  • Detail-oriented and an excellent team player.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and vocal
  • Proven Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable using several supporting programmes.
  • Proven experience with social media platforms and knowledge of food trends.
