POSITION: ICT Teacher 

At Brainy Bairn School (BBS), the heart of all we do is centered on the school’s mission and vision, ensuring that we accomplish academic heights with vision and integrity while being rooted in Christian values. This is the primary emphasis of all School Board members, management, faculty, and support staff.

Second, we are committed to ensuring that learning occurs in a variety of ways to fulfill the unique needs of our students. All they need is the chance to realize who they truly are. As a result, our classrooms are designed to address this critical need for every learner, providing age-appropriate learning facilities.

Brainy Bairn School provides a full Cambridge Curriculum from Early Years to A level. We are varied in every way, and we value each student’s distinct culture, religion, and tribal indoctrination.

Responsibilities

• Planning courses and activities to help students acquire basic and advanced computer skills.
• Instructing in a way that helps students gain confidence in their talents.
• Observe and manage classroom dynamics.
• Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and exams.
• Tracking and sharing student progress throughout the course.
• Ensuring that the computer lab is always free of food and alcohol.
• Downloading critical software updates and maintaining hardware.
• Attending parent-teacher and faculty conferences.

Required Skill or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in education, information and communication technology, or a related subject.
• Proven experience as an ICT teacher or in a similar capacity.
• Excellent understanding and track record in social media management.
• Excellent understanding of ICT ideas, programming languages, and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to modify teaching approaches to meet various learning styles.
• Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.
• Commitment to professional growth and keeping up with industry developments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
